To be able to target which smart dimensions are a priority, you’re going to have to question the population and the stakeholders on this subject. You can achieve this by organising workshops, launching online surveys, carrying out a micro-poll in the market place, etc.
The possibilities are numerous and so are the methods, but it’s important to be able to get community members to prioritise the most urgent needs.
