For the compilation of the services and in order to of information homogenization, the team of the shared place will animate collaborative wiki. This wiki (collaborative website) will compile a directory of services, services, and associations, a local job exchange and a local stock exchange. housing, information on the events of the territory, a space for exchange with the community. A
digital form will be available for actors who wish to be referenced. Training courses will be organized within the framework of Shared place and Digital Practices room, to support local actors in the handling of the wiki.

- Work on facilitation and collaborative processes rather than outcomes. - Mobilize a wide range of stakeholders beyond elected officials and local authority technicians.
Key Steps for Activity Implementation
- 2008 : Creation of the Employment and Training Center in Saint-Hubert Genix-les-Villages and le-Pont-de-Beauvoisin - 2018 : Labeling of the Employment administration in House of Services of General Interest - 2019 : Decision of the INtermunicipality to move the center to building acquired by the Municipality of St-Genix sur Guiers to host a future "Shared place", also including an postal agency and a room for public digital access. - September 2020 : Two officers hired to the "France Services" access point to services for inhabitants, training session for Digital mediation actions. - November 2020: Recruitment of a third agent - December 2020 : Relocation of the France Services and rehabilitation workin the former post-office with division of several meeting rooms for digital workshops, public welcoming, postal agency, meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces. - January-February 2021: Inauguration of the site shared, restart of the postal activity - March2021 : Start of the digital workshops - March 2021 : Labeling "France Services" (the national Label promoting the local facility for Services of General Interest Access for french citizens.)
Difficulties Encountered
- Difficulty to find companies that could bring digital infrastructure of the building design adequat computer and digital access devices installation on time due to the pandemics. - Difficulty to widely involve inhabitants in the process due to lack of use of social media before project and Shared Place implementation.
Resources Needed
- 1 project manager (Social Lab ALCOTRA funding, 1 year project) - 2 dedicated officers for digital support and training - 1 half-time facilitator for the inhabitant dynamics on-site and for innovation supporting activities.
