The Newsletter #1 contains:
- Topics of the project;
- Partnership and pilot action;
- News and event: The SmartAlps Webinars, European Week of Regions and Cities, SmartCommUnity project meetings.
SmartCommUnity aims to create a transnational community to change both the practices and perceptions of smart rural areas.
